-SEDNAMIXER has the seven models(SDM60,100,150,200,220,250,300) according to the size Min 5L ~ Max 30,000L
Since each size is very smaller compared to the top attached mixer, you can save the power consumption.
-SEDNAMIXER can endure till 7bar and 200 Celsius degree. Max viscosity is the 1000CP.
- SEDNAMIXER mixes the liquid of the vessel using the magnetic coupling.
-The conventional impeller and shaft needs to be penetrated inside of the vessel.
-In order to do that the the penetration part needs any kind of sealing.
-No matter how the best mechanical seal you use, there is a possiblity for the foreign substances to contaminate the media of the vessel when it is broken or out of order.

- But magnetic mixer doesn't need to use any mechanical seal because only magnetic power let the impeller rotate and there is no penetrating shaft. Therefore there is no possiblity for the foreign substances to enter the inside of the vessel.
- In the case of the top attached mixer, there can be some sludge or sediment you can't mix at the bottom of the vessel.
- However since SEDNAMIXER makes the water-flow which will become the vortex from the botom to the side of the vessel there is no sediment at the bottom of the vessel during the operation.
- This impeller is designed to make the vortex as well as for the requitrement of CIP and SIP
In order not to make the stagnation at the inside of the impeller it has the watorhole. Without the dismounting it is designed to be cleaned for itself when you clean the vessel with CIP spray ball or fill the cleaning agent till the impeller upper part.
Because of the sanitary merits currently pharmaceutical and bio-related business which influence the human healthy are using magnetic mixer.
